Experience Requirements:



1. The ideal candidate should have had sufficient experience in managing large AP, AR and General Accounting & Reporting teams simultaneously enabling him/her to make cash flow/working capital improvement suggestions to business.

2. The candidate should have represented the business in meetings with Key Customers and the senior management including the country CFO.

3. Strong project management skills and experience in leading multi-geography migrations with involvement from the strategic stage itself. Preparation of project plans and execution of same within timelines by ensuring timely recruitment, risk identification, knowledge transfer ,setting up objective measurement systems and performance against same.

4. Strong improvement focus- Led projects with balance sheet impact. Technical solution mindset is an expected skill.

5. Experience in managing large teams. Candidate should be an able people leader exhibiting ability to identify skill gaps, coach, mentor & motivate staff to deliver extraordinary results.

6.  Worked with clients from different geographies and good appreciation of varied working practices in cultures across the globe. The candidate should be comfortable in working in matrix organizations with multiple reporting lines.





Purpose/Summary:



    The position will lead Finance & Accounting activities for North America
    This position will be a Senior Account Manager for North America.
    The position will be responsible for delivery of the Finance & Accounting activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting & Reporting.
    The team strength would be 100+ with at least 3 to 4 junior manager as direct reports.
    The role also will be involved in future migration of additional Finance & Accounting activities for North America
    Coordinate with external & internal auditors and ensure that there are no adverse audit observations
    Managing day to day operations – team, Team Leaders & Super Users and delivering on Operations SLA’s, Employee Engagement KPI’s and CSAT & Customer Engagement scores.
    The role will be assisting the Country Finance Manager in meeting his targets related to DSO, Invoicing accuracy, Control Environment and other Business partnering activities
    The position will require working in NAM hours

Desired Candidate Profile

     F&A university degree/MBA.CA/ICWA and tax diplomas preferred
    +10 years within F&A (experienced accountant/controller with ERP background)
    +5 years experience in leadership roles
    Lean/Six Sigma training/experience preferred
    PMI certification preferred. Microsoft Project know how
    SAP knowledge/experience
    Facilitate training/certification of the respective staff
