Manager and Executive Finance



Manager: 8 to 10 yrs experience

Accounts Officer: 4 to 7 yrs experience



• Financial report analysis

• Operating Costs Analysis

• Studying and making detailed report of the analysis done

• Financial Accounting (GAAP, Financial statements)

• Statutory Compliances / Statutory Audits

• Transaction Processing (Day to Day operations at H.O. and Units)

• MIS (Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports and analysis of the same)

• CAPEX Control and Monitoring (fixed asset accounting, capitalization)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting Physical Inventory activity as per schedule at stores

• Verification Stocks and Cash balance available at the store.

• Preparation of Audit strategy.

• Preparation of Audit Report.

• Verification of tax calculations, Set off ,sales return & purchase return branch wise

• Collecting & verifying required documents for Tax Audit Files of each branch.

• Solving of branch query

• Check the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and verification of the Bank deposits Vouchers

• Check the Petty cash book and verify along with bills
